fanlisting

A fanlisting is a group of people who like something; ie a group of people who like Wolves. All a fanlisting is is a list of fans to do with that particular person, item, or object; it joins together people with similar intrests.

     darker than black

Follows the story of Hei the contractor, in the guise of an exchange student from China, in an alternate present day Tokyo. If you wish to learn more about Darker Than Black (since it is rather complicated), please go and view the wikipedia article here.

     yin

Is one of Hei's team members. She's a spirit medium who is known as a 'doll', and works alongside Hei. She rarely speaks and is very passive. A key note to make is she's blind - she sees by using observation ghosts in water. She can only use it if the latter is in the prescence of water. Her program has been stated to be minimal and incapable of showing emotion or making decisions for herself, yet she later chooses to stay working with Hei and begins to make her own decisions. Before she became a doll, her name was 'Kirsi' and she was a student of a Finnish pianist. Thus, she is quite talented with playing the piano. Even as a child, she was blind, so she's gotten used to it. She paticularly likes/d the moonlight.

     why

At first, Yin really didn't hold much purpose in the series - but she grows on you, even if she speaks so little, she really does grow on you. By the time the episodes reach her arc you see how wonderful she really is. And in the last couple of episodes? And when she calls out to Hei? Gah. That broke my heart. It was so sweet.

     nothing inside

I could have gone for 'doll', but I decided on 'nothing inside'. I was making the layout and those words just... fit well onto it. I was also thinking about 'nobody' but that's mostly coming from my Kingdom Hearts influence, so it became this. It's a two way thing - is there really nothing inside of her, or does she have a 'heart' of her own, in a way?
