Like many others, she's an anime/manga and video game fanatic. She adores anything and everything by Usagi-sempai, Yukiru Sugisaki, but particularly fawns over D.N.Angel - she likes the Kingdom Hearts franchise, and particularly Sora and Demyx - and then there's the Tales of Series, which she loves dearly, and she's a complete Luke Fon Fabre fan. She's very tasteful on the musical side of things, and listens to a variety of bands.
I've known Seiyuuki for quite a long time now. She's a very unique and interesting kind of person with a great personality and makes awesometastic graphics and layouts and draws amazing things. Basically, she deserves a fanlisting. And I'm so glad I can run it for her! ♥

In case anybody is wondering, 'Oukoku' is 'Kingdom' in Japanese, named so because of Sei's love for the Kingdom Hearts series.
